The Bakester
Gretchen Hritz is a professional bakester who has worked in bakeries and restaurants from mom and pops to fine dining establishments. She attended the professional culinary program at L'Academie de Cuisine and above all else loves cooking for family and friends. While The Playful Bakester is a new business, Gretchen has been baking for as long as she can remember and has been in training ever since.
